chocolate sticks - one at a time!
I have never met a piece of chocolate I didn't like. I try to stay within the 60 cal sticks of it, but sometimes that just isn't enough. When I really can't stand it anymore, I eat enough that I want to throw up. That usually calms my craving for at least several months! Is this health? Probably not, but the alternative of eating large amounts daily isn't either.
