I was able to stick with the Jenny Craig plan for six weeks, during which I lost 12 pounds, but I found that the high soy content in the prepared foods gave me indigestion.
As soon as I started to substitute other foods for the Jenny snacks, I began to gain weight again.
I also began to get bored with the limited selection, and eventually quit.
