Looking for Lap Band Recipes?As a Lap-Band patient, you may wonder how to meet all your nutrient needs while only being able to eat a small amount of food. As your personal lap band nutrition guide, I never want you to have to wonder.. "What should I eat?' or "What can I eat?!" My suggestion? Try one new recipe per week. If you hate it, throw out the recipe. If you love it, add the recipe to a "master recipe list" and file it, so you can make it again and again.
