one large or two small flour tortillas (they make whole wheat, different flavors, fat free and even low carb)
1/2 cup fat free refried beans from a can
diced onion
diced tomato
shredded lettuce
salsa
fat free sour cream
taco sauce (optional)
Warm tortilla in microwave for a few seconds or on a grilled cheese pan on the stovetop. Spread the fat free refried beans to one side. Top with everything you love. Roll like a burrito and eat. It fills you up physically and emotionally for some reason. You can't believe it's so low calorie and healthy.
